Western Kentucky University’s Student Government Association is helping students who lost their college identification cards this semester. The SGA will cover ten dollars. Student cards, also known as Big Red Cards, cost $20.
Under this pilot program, students can visit the SGA Office in Room 013 of Cravens Library to apply for a voucher to take to the ID Center in Garrett Conference Center. The SGA Office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during week days. The SGA Office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
The voucher will only provide coverage for students if this is the first time a card was lost. Students are also expected to cover the remaining ten dollars.
The pilot program is estimated to help 80 students.
